These boxes on the left of CLIO (if you're using it on a computer, vs a phone or watch) are called facets and help you narrow down your result set. You know how to do this from online shopping!
Limiting to Barnard in the Location box might help you find actual-zines, but we probably have a good number of about-zines, but not as much as limiting to Zines in the Subject (Genre) box.
Experiment with the other facets as you like for your project or to develop ideas for a project.
Here is an inset of the zine language options. You can do the same thing with date, country, subjects, and more.
What might you like to compare, contrast, condemn, or canonize?
btw Kate Eichhorn (currently of Emerson College but retaining her appointment at The New School) wrote an article that addresses the importance of cataloging/description, which she thinks is of more value to researchers than digitization (digitisation if you're Canadian like Kate), if you can believe such a thing!
