The Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) project is an extension of the Case Law Analyser and focuses on the prevalence of SGBV in African countries. The database aims to provide a free-to-access online analytical resource of legal materials specifically dealing with SGBV and contribute to existing efforts in curbing SGBV by promoting the accessibility, usage and effectiveness of legal materials and structures for accessing remedies where they exist.
